Not a very professional service. Originally ordered a diamond which was fine but then referred a family friend and they had an absolute nightmare. They was given lots of false information by Paul the sales director. He was rude aggressive and swore at a family member of mine. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, way over priced with Labgrown diamonds as well.

Very smooth experience. Paid the whole amount upfront and didn't face the slightest issue. The diamond ring arrived exactly at the time specified, with all the relevant paperwork and was exactly what i ordered. Great communication, even asked for a specific preferred delivery date.
