Shipping is FREE on all orders, Worldwide!

UK ORDERS

We accept the following payment methods for UK orders:

• All major credit and debit cards.
  Please contact us if you'd like us to ship your order to an address other than the registered cardholder address. Additional ID will be required.
• PayPal
• BACS or CHAPS transfer
• Cash, in person
  Please do not send cash through the post unless it is your only option, in which case you can use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Please make sure the amount you send is fully insured.

We deliver within the UK using the following methods:

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
  When your jewellery is ready (usually 10-14 working days), it will be delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which is trackable, fully insured, and guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day. Please note the package will need to be signed for.
• Collection
  You are welcome to collect your diamond jewellery from our Hatton Garden, Birmingham or Milton Keynes showrooms. Please contact us to arrange this.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept the following payment methods for international orders:

• All major credit and debit cards (excluding the countries listed below)
  Please contact us if you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the registered cardholder address. Additional ID will be required.
• Bank/wire transfer in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Pounds Sterling (GBP)
  Please ensure we receive the full amount, as you are responsible for any charges incurred.

We ship internationally using the following methods:

• Fedex
  When your jewellery is ready (usually 10-14 working days), it will be delivered free of charge by Fedex, which takes approximately 3 days depending where in the world you are. Please note the package will need to be signed for.

We’re sorry but due to the high level of fraudulent transactions:

• We can not accept payment by any other method under any circumstances.
• Orders are ON HOLD until payment has cleared.
• We can no longer accept credit card orders from the following countries: Bulgaria, Cameroon, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
