I had my engagement ring redesigned with Quality Diamonds after a bad job from another jeweller and their customer service and product quality is unmatched. I am currently in the process of getting my wedding bands done and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Not a very professional service. Originally ordered a diamond which was fine but then referred a family friend and they had an absolute nightmare. They was given lots of false information by Paul the sales director. He was rude aggressive and swore at a family member of mine. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, way over priced with Labgrown diamonds as well.

Very smooth experience. Paid the whole amount upfront and didn't face the slightest issue.
